The Disaster Recovery plan for all Zuar products is to restore from a snapshot of the product image. Typical restore time is a matter of minutes once a restore/recovery is schedule. This plan is the same for all Zuar hosted products, Mitto and Portal.
The standard product subscription comes with one complete backup taken weekly every 7 days. The time and day of the week are dependent upon the original subscription - usually starting 7 days after the instance is created, early morning CST. This schedule is generally sufficient for most customer needs, but may be increased for specific instances as needed for an additional charge.
